Great place to learn, but still lots of work ahead

Pros

Great people, truly. Everyone is human and genuine. Awesome benefits (RRSP matching, unlimited PTO, global work abroad program, remote friendly, etc). Great place to learn!

Cons

Salaries need to be adjusted to market. You are told you don't work here for the money, you work here for the experience. The culture needs to shift back to pre-pandemic vibes. I feel like it's being compromised as we continue to grow.
