      Good people They give you a lot back You feel ownership of the company

      Cons

      It is a work hard play hard company where you will be rewarded. But sometimes that interferes with the privet life or outside the work hours.

      Absolutely Nowhere Else I'd Rather Be!

      Pros

      -DREAM TEAMS EVERYWHERE (seriously all the departments have such strong/ supportive/ inspiring teams). -Excellent onboarding and communication with management. Although the company is large, management tries to really get to know you on a more personal level. -Amazing growth opportunities, the company really wants to see you succeed and I like that they promote from within. -There are always snacks, bagels, and coffee! -Great work location and the castle (yes I said castle) is such a great work environment.

      Cons

      People say that work/ life balance is difficult but I really do not agree with that. A lot of other corporate jobs require you to work on weekends (take calls, write emails, constantly receiving updates), and this is not the case here. Pretty fair work hours if you ask me!

      Promising place to work

      Pros

      Management has the write direction, knows in broad terms what the company needs to succeed and is working hard to execute the strategy. There's a great focus on people and although things are not perfect, quarterly polls are done to keep watch on employee satisfaction and many initiatives are in place. Many perks, very driven co-workers, cool office space. CEO Dax gives a very human soul to the company. He cares. Has everything to succeed and help the employees succeed too.

      Cons

      Still going through growing pains so a few things might seem rushed or rough while the company structures itself. Some disconnect between different departments initiatives. Workload can be intimidating for some.

Dax’s approach certainly allows us to have an open and human environment, and that will never change. You’re right, it can be tough at times.
