Everyone has a positive attitude, the product is great, and the company is growing quickly so it's a good time to join.

Cons

No work/ life balance. Quotas are too simple, they only care about top line revenue. Not a lot of room for promotion.

Fantastic work environment, great people and awesome benefits! This is by far the best place I have ever worked at. Lightspeed wants to see their employees succeed, if you are motivated and driven you definitely will.

Cons

It is a fast paced work environment and the hours can be long but definitely rewarding.
