Pros

Lightspeed have a fantastic interview process which allows them to find the perfect fits for their company, Once completed you are welcomed by everyone across 9 offices globally through video and one to one meetings and conferences. Lightspeed also offer you a welcome breakfast and free lunches not to mention lots of goodies to make you feel completely at home. The training you will receive during your first couple of weeks is second to none and you are helped every step of the way by a fantastic team of trainers. One of the biggest things you will notice is the diversity of their staff members and how well they embrace different cultures. I only joined the company a week ago and have never written a glass door review however Lightspeed has made me feel so welcomed and confident that I needed to spread the word.. So thanks again Lightspeed !!

Cons

More than a standard 40h/week, fast-paced environment that constantly keeps you on your toes, not well work/life balanced

Great company to work for, but...

Pros

Great company with a great product and very talented young professionals in all levels of the company. Very much sales driven, which puts a lot of pressure on the people that need to get the sales admin done. Situated in cool locations / offices throughout the world.

Cons

Sales targets change: One day we're lookig at number of customers 'closed', next day focus must be on 'quality' customers (but still, sales is measured on number of customers closed). Selling to non-paying customers puts high pressure on finance, collections and reporting. Work/life balance is tough. Normal working weeks of 45+ hours, but often more.
