      Not worth the stress

      Pros

      Some good co-workers Yearly bonus (but this is basically backpay for unpaid overtime in this salaried position)

      Cons

      They tout their unlimited PTO. But taking a week off equates to a month of catch up because your back up is too busy to do your work on top of their own. Corporate strategy is Quantity over Quality. Overload the PM with an insane workload thar incentivizes low quality work to push customers live so you can move on to the next one. Nonexistent onboarding process so it is sink or swim. Inefficient implementation process that is unfair to both customers and internal resources. Ownership of customers for a longer period of time AFTER implementation than actively working on their implementation Tech company that still relies on tedious manual data validation process for hundreds of thousands lines of data.

      Good company, just slow.

      Pros

      Great offices. Great people with Strong Soft Skills and a great company culture.

      Cons

      A vast number of people who are not contributing to the company's results, but are not fired fast enough, are slowing down the whole company. Top performers are promoted very slowly, so they often leave the company on their own.

      A really good organization focused on growth and work-life balance

      Highly organized and growth oriented. Free once a week meals for team bonding. Lovely office space. Supports employees health and professional skills

      Cons

      Mostly a WFH company, but if you want to visit the office, you'll need to reserve your sear in advance.
