      A Fast-Paced and Supportive Environment That Grows You Quickly

      Pros

      From day one, the onboarding has been clear and hands-on, with trainers and teammates always ready to help. You’re never left in the dark. People genuinely root for each other. Even when it gets busy, there’s always someone who’s got your back. You’re empowered to take initiative and contribute early on. I’ve learned a lot in just 50 days! You get to solve real issues for retailers and actually make their day better. It’s not just checking boxes.

      Cons

      The learning curve is steep. It’s fast-paced and you need to be proactive to keep up. (But honestly, it’s part of what keeps things exciting.) Some internal tools can feel a bit clunky at first, but you quickly adapt.

      Without exception, everyone I've met is interested in helping make the company even better. The onboarding experience was fantastic.
