      Nice Team, But High Stress and Low Compensation

      Pros

      The people are genuinely friendly and supportive. There's a sense of camaraderie among coworkers — most are doing their best under tough circumstances. You might gain some experience quickly if you're proactive and a fast learner.

      Cons

      Pay is extremely low compared to the workload and stress level. Very little to no formal training — you're mostly left to figure things out on your own. The environment is high-pressure and often chaotic, which makes it hard to succeed without burning out. There's a lot of fake positivity — leadership tends to brush over real issues with surface-level encouragement. Expectations can be unrealistic, especially without the right tools or guidance.
