Great environment, great mentors, amazing management. Honestly, you really do grow here and they champion it hard.

Cons

Needs higher pay for support roles, otherwise people just want to move to other departments and see it as a stepping stone.

Relatively High Salary Travel perks

Cons

Lightspeed is a mix of bunch of acquired companies from different parts of the world with their own culture and structure, unable to work with one another. You have to work your butt off and do meetings at crazy hours since the company is spread across the world. No work life balance and a really high stress environment. Regularly witnessed people get yelled at in meetings. Might be a good opportunity for a young person trying to gain some experience, but if you have a family be prepared to not see your kids for days.
