Fun culture, good pay, good benefits.

Cons

Lightspeed can be a great company to work for but they tend to blindside their mid-management with April layoffs each year. In Lightspeed, if you get promoted to manager it could be a death sentence for your career at the end of the 4th quarter which makes it a mixed bag when promotions come around.

Cons

- Not sure if higher management knew what they wanted - No increase in salary / promotions - More layoffs / redundancies occasionally to "streamline company" aka road to profit
