Pros

good pay. started right out of college making $80,000. day job is easy with doing jira tasks, calling into scrum, some meetings every week. quality of your work life is 100% dependent on your team/program. 401k match is good

Cons

old, some annoying male coworkers, they give you an old wondows brick of a computer, don’t actuallt write a lot of code (had to start self-teaching so i don’t lose it/fall behind peers on more modern companies)

Pros

The people you work with directly are generally intelligent and kind.

Cons

Management. The company as a whole. Horrible values. You are just another body. They will have you sign a contact, and then change the terms of your employment, then hold you to the contract you signed as if nothing changed.
