Very bureaucratic, nepotistic, and inflexible. So many layers of leadership, rife with gatekeepers and bootlickers. It's much easier to get ahead by looking smart and making the right friends than actually producing anything.

Unfortunately the company is too set in their old ways of HR practices and not adjusting to time now, employee has more power. They will overwork good, top performing employees without providing financial benefits that have been truly earned. This is causing a lot of turnover for planning as other companies see the value of planners and see it as a critical skill set.
