      Good job security once you reach the enter circle of the company. On the leading edge of technology. Great benefits.

      Cons

      The job is heavily dependent on defense contract work, which has been very good for several years. Future direction of this work is up in the air.

      The company is highly bureaucratic, change does not come easy. Heavy influence from ex-military officers, a mix of more commercial thinking would be better
