Work Life balance - huge you decide what it is.

Cons

Health benifits are lacking, no employee choice of what plan you want. LMCO has own health plan that is ok at best

Not bad if you know how to network

Pros

Compensation is good and overall a nice place to work. But if you want to get anywhere or position yourself for a spot on a new project, you have to know the right people.

Cons

Management gets moved up based on who they know not what they know. Medical benefits are now TERRIBLE. I had to practically share the cost of a 3 night hospital stay with the insurance company (around $1500) which would normally have been fully covered under our old plan.

Great company name learning and training opportunities. Pay, and benefits are on par.

Cons

Constant layoffs and worrying about layoffs. Large company where you can be lost in the weeds. You must do things such as present in front of SR management to get recognition. Also favoritism rules.
