Pros

- flex time requests rejected by exception only; rarely rejected - interesting, cutting edge work - excellent systems integration environment - diversity visible, not just talk - increasing opportunities for women and minorities in upper management - mentoring program

Cons

- some groups haven't caught up with corporate expectations - individuals of certain age and/or mindset don't handle non-white males in the workforce well - engineers, manufacturing, program management geographically scattered in area [minor unless you're driving here and there several times a day]
