Could be worse, but could be much better.

Pros

You get to see lots of really neat things going on at the plant. You also gain a lot of experience that is transferrable to other positions.

Cons

The health plan leaves much to be desired. You gain experience because you are thrown into things you have no idea how to do and have to figure it out.
