401k match is ok for the industry and 4 x 10 work schedule is nice.

Cons

A lot of admin work but everything is slow going. No internal promotions, you have to apply for every promotion.

Cons

Office is terrible and in terrible shape. They don’t even give you coffee. Gotta buy your own k cups and cream. Pay is awful.
