PTO Work Life Balance Pay 4 day work week

Cons

Micro manage everything Can't switch to a different position without working in current one for atleast a year. Little work in some programs, so you will be getting bored most of the time. Old buildings, and nothing like a "new campus" vibe. Being stuck in font of a desk will drain you dead.

Worked in the defense sector for 30 years for 3 different companies. One of those companies did subcontracting. As a subcontractor I worked three other companies for periods ranging from 3 months to 4 years. Some of the people I worked with at Lockheed were definitely among the smartest and most capable.

Cons

A few of the people I had to deal with at Lockheed were the least capable I encountered in my entire career.
