Pros
The team spirit in Lufthansa is incredible. It really feels like everyone is out there for one another, everyone cares. The work itself is easy enough and you get to see the whole world. Of course it's very prestigious as well. The pay is good for the amount of training you have to take (2 months). Lots of part time options, so you can study while you fly, or the other way around.
Cons
Repetitive work, health risks associated with pressure changes, poor general health because of your messed up inner schedule. If your supervisor doesn't like you, you'll have a hard time getting anywhere up the ladder
