      Pros

      LGBS was a good employer. My superior was great and understanding and helpful. My collegues were very nice and atmospgere was great. It could be More courses and more chance and opportunities to to give supplementary training.

      Cons

      It is a problem that Lgbs has not so training courses many for their employes. At the begining I was waiting for the card one month and this was uncompfortable. It was no support at the beginning . More courses and more chance and opportunities to to give supplementary training. Salary could be better but was not so bad.
