      Cheap flights, even if on limited stand-by basis.

      Cons

      Lufthansa lacks a mission and vision to guide the employees in decision making. There is no innovation due a lack of learning organization culture. Lack of leadership. Strong blame culture.

      Huge Company with good career opportunities Good salaries (above average for the aviaton sector) The company has a good image, so it is a good reference in your Resume

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, they are firing a lot of personal to reduce their costs (hard competition against the no frills airlines)
