      Pros

      Everyone for the most part is collabarative and the company seems to value the happiness of the worker. Within the irad department at least.

      Cons

      A lot of reorganization can make people feel uneasy especially when leadership gets constantly changed.

      Pros

      The work life balance on my project is pretty good. The project is 100% remote so that is very nice as well. We pay is great as well. I feel like I am paid an adequate amount for the role.

      Cons

      If I had to pick something it would be upward mobility. I don’t see a clear path for growth. Outside of that I don’t have anything at the moment.
