      Pros

      People were good to work with, learned from them and taught some what I knew. Work was fast pace but nothing was hard. very rewarding.

      Cons

      Not enough work to keep those there who were willing to work. Need to find ways to put people there who know and want to work.

      Pros

      Outstanding manager / Executive Director. A+, best I've ever worked for. Good pay. Easy hours. Predictable schedule. Good teammates.

      Cons

      Didn't see how I'd advance within the company. Felt stuck at fairly-well-paid worker bee level. Zero strategy involved in my job, just showing up every day and doing the job. I pined for an opportunity to do more and bigger things within the company.

      Pros

      ManTech provided very good HR assistance, and was respectful to all of the employees at our worksite. There were numerous opportunities for career progression.

      Cons

      The time differences between the worksites and the corporate headquarters made it tough to get an immediate response if the requested information was submitted late in the day. While in Iraq, the only time that I could talk with the Program Manager was after work hours.
