I can't complain about the job overall, but the pay is not all that great compared to the positions requirements.

Good Benefits. Workload is not overbearing.

Cons

There is a lot reorganization and too many people leaders that disregard the company policy. Not very proactive. Reorganization caused the job description to change and the pay does not match.

Pros

ManTech really takes care of its people. They have excellent personnel support resources and benefits. The salary for the work performed was very competitive to what is being offered in the market.

Cons

My employment was dependent on government contract work. When the company was underbid and did not win the follow-on contract, I was out of work. They did not have anything else to offer.

ok salary. casual work environment. former veteran employees.

Cons

no perks like drinks, nice break rooms, etc. everyone had to pitch in and buy a new fridge when the old one broke. had to pay like 20 bucks to go to the company Christmas party. first line supervisors were not very good.
