- Large, stable company - Variety of projects if you desire change - The benefits are good. - For a large government contracting company, they're pretty good.

Cons

There is a lot of talk about retention, but not much is done for it. After a few years working here, I'm making well below market value and I have a lot to gain by changing jobs, despite liking it here.

Lots of oppurtunities for advancement, good people, reasonable managers, work with US Federal Government agencies and organizations, rewarding work contributing to national security.

Cons

Long hours, government contractor working with defense, intelligence and civil agencies, competitive contracts, high turnover, may require a significant amount of travel
