Pros

Opportunity to rotate around many different placements, giving graduates the chance to find where they most enjoy working, rather than being stuck to one role. Company is always happy to move you somewhere you will enjoy, even within the 6 month placements. On the graduate scheme, everyone has an attitude to develop the employee which is rare nowadays. You also receive a small allowance every year purely for employee development, which can be spent on a variety of things included language courses etc. Lots of opportunities available to you, couldn't recommend it enough for a first job.

Cons

Usually big cohorts, which is great for getting to know people in your situation but can be difficult to stand out.

Good development on scheme, good facilities on site.

Cons

Wildly varying grad experiences, quality of manager can make or break a placement, "don't ask doesn't get" mentality, lower pay + mobility on rolloff compared to other companies
