      Pros

      - Dynamic working allows me to plan my working hours around personal commitments. - Nice on-site facilities in Stevenage. - Subsidised food and coffee. - Opportunities for progression for those who want it, no pressure for those who don't. - Supportive & helpful managers and HR. - Was made to feel very welcome on day 1.

      Cons

      - Bureaucracy, although I don't know how it compares with other defence companies. - Less variation in my day-to-day job when compared to previous roles in smaller companies.
