      Apprenticeship scheme is well organised

      Cons

      Some managers are great. Others don’t have time to support you. The pay is very low, especially at the start of the apprenticeship.

      Pros

      The overall office environment is always lively and the canteen food is amazing as well as being incredibly affordable! Everyone supports you as a new starter and frequently encourages and welcomes any and all questions. Of course the flexibility that dynamic working allows is incredibly useful when creating a work-life balance!

      Cons

      Since the pandemic a lot of people work from home so often the offices can be somewhat scarce on Mondays and Fridays but those that are still in the office still bring a positive and lively atmosphere with them.
