MBDA has a lovely atmosphere and environment to work. There is lots of opportunity to move around the business to find where you fit best. There are also great employee benefits including flexible working.

Cons

Sometimes progression is unclear as well as methodology for calculating pay rises etc.

Campus style working environment which makes coming into the office fun. - An inclusive and supportive culture, excellent women's programmes that make it a great place for women to grow their careers.

The company is expanding at a rapid rate, which can sometimes create growing pains and evolving processes/improvement programmes.
