People are amazing and always willing to go above and beyond to support. Benefits are excellent, lots of choice and flexibility in what you want to pick Bonus scheme is great and there is an annual pay review so salaries typically increase which hasn’t been common in many other places in recent times. Company lives by its values and this is seen throughout the organisation Really supportive environment generally and a nice atmosphere
