Variety within the role provides a fresh approach to not havering a role that's boring and mundane, the hybrid working is perfect because as a single parent, I can plan my work and family time easily and also having the opportunity to work from home a couple of times a week, is just perfect. Subsidised food and discounted drinks as well on site, so you save a fortune in what would be the normal costs for lunches etc...

Cons

Visibility of just how large MBDA is needs to be better, so many different business areas that are testament to what we do, but it's very vast. Also more casual dress down days would be nice.

Decent pay, great flexible working, lots of perks like subsidised drinks and food, onside gym, etc

Cons

Management can be chaotic, but mainly caused by customers.
