My work is varied, interesting and exciting. I have purpose and clear roles and responsibilities. I am actively encouraged to develop professionally through in house and external training and on the job experience The company allow me to work flexibly around my personal needs to maintain a worklife balance and personal wellbeing I have clear structure, processes and procedures to allow me to do my job to the best of my ability

Cons

Lack of modern day tools for effectivity and efficiency Poor senior leadership that are not visible, don't make clear decisions or any decisions for that matter Progress is slow due to company politics Company culture is not consistent through the organisation

Moving to MBDA was the best move I made! I have developed so much with very supportive managers and a fantastic PMO training team to help you . What do I love the most. The people, Team culture and working environment.

Cons

We have More work than people today due to our success so recruitment drives need step up.
