Cons

Huge Corporate Structure, difficult to get information out of different areas of the business if you don't form good relationships with other people.

Pros

- Paid Overtime - Fully flexible working, best work-life balance I've ever experienced - Subsidised food & drink - Relaxed atmosphere - Match +2% on pension up to 6% - Frequent international travel if desired - Company is rolling in orders currently, so very very good job security.

Cons

- Base pay is lower than equivalent at similar companies - Company can be quite slow, atmosphere is quite doddering at times.
