The culture is fantastic with supportive managers and a focus on ensuring work life balance. The projects are exciting and engagement with the customer and military makes you realise how much value the products provide to the military,

Cons

The food in the Bristol canteen has improved but could still be better, and we need more space in the canteen due to the growth of the business.

Pros

Good salary, good bonus, great colleagues within my team, very supportive in career and personal goals. Dynamic Working is excellent in meeting both. Good training courses offered and good support package. Supporting the UK and its allies with defensive solutions to protect service personnel is a privilege.
