Pros
Working with the latest technology in the defence industry comes is a hugely rewarding role. Whilst other organisations are trying to move away from hybrid working MBDA has embraced the policy with great effect. Other policies such as parental leave, pay and allowances, holiday, etc. are at least on par with the industry standard but in most cases they are better. There is the flexibility to move around the business and gain wide experience or to remain within a specialisation and advance your career that way.
Cons
It is a large organisation that works closely with governments and therefore when compared to a small start up it can appear less agile.
