L'azienda ha il monopolio nel settore senza nessun tipo di concorrenza. Ciò provoca: 1) Produttività bassa, scadenze o consegne inesistenti. Lavoro tecnico di bassa qualità e poco professionalizzante. Non c'è consapevolezza degli strumenti software da utilizzare. L'azienda è un dinosauro. 2) Data premessa e punto 1, non c'è possibilità di sviluppare una carriera basata su meriti. Si va avanti per altri motivi. Consiglio a tutti i neo-laureati vogliosi di imparare di stare lontani da questa azienda.
