Pros

Lots of investment in staff training and early careers personnel. Working with new technology including AI and machine learning.

Cons

I can't think of any downsides - canteen restaurant, offices and parking availability are great.

Pros

The company really listens to employees and everyone's views are valued. The HR team is invested in its people and we feel gratified by the work we do. The on-site facilities are great - an excellent gym with workout classes and new equipment is available and a subsidised canteen which provides food from around the world. Flexible/dynamic working works really well and we see all our employees getting a lot of value from this way of working.

Cons

Some connectivity issues but these are quickly resolved. More coffee shops/vans around site would be great!

- MBDA is great for me as a full working mum due to the flexibility with the dynamic working, which helps me manage my hours, but still have a great work life balance. - Great teams & Culture. From the minute I started MBDA everyone has been so welcoming and really keen to support me with anything I need. The culture on my team is great, and we always ensure we have lots of team building and social events. - Managers are open to new creative ideas, and give you the trust to action them
