Great business and benefits package. Only a few downsides.

Pros

Great Benefits. Friendly staff. Quick recruitment process. Amazing graduate scheme (4 different placements giving a good view of the business and 6-monthly performance based pay reviews).

Cons

Pay is not quite as good as others (Although is supplemented by annual bonus). The graduate scheme administration was bad for me (Slow objectives approval, confusing timescales and slow to produce final contract). Technology is still catching up a bit in MBDA.
