Very good advantages, a very interesting company. You can learn a lot in the military field. I work in a young service where people are very nice and friendly.

Cons

The organisation can be bad at some times, but i did not find any real inconvenient to work for MBDA.

Pros

Very interesting projects, people are kind and help you to understand the problems related to guidance and control design for the whole missile system. It's a very stimulating place to work.

Cons

Career opportunities are not so satisfactory, the average age is a bit high and it's very difficult to be recruited definitely by this company if you start as an external consultant or as an unpaid internship
