I cannot fault the company for how fair they are. Work life balance is very respected. - Paid overtime or time back. - Paid travel time for work trips - Flexible working (WFH and office) - Half day Friday Continuous learning is promoted and achieving qualifications related to your role is encouraged. Striving for the next step in your career is also encouraged and there are a lot of tools and conversations in place to help that happen for you.

The training and general company culture is the best I've experienced in my working life (previously at 3 different large companies). Very friendly staff at all levels and the perfect place to hone skills.

Cons

You can get paid more elsewhere, even as a consultant working for MBDA (albeit with the knowledge required).
