Work is valuable contribution to defence of UK Armed Forces and allies. Plenty of varied, challenging and interesting roles available.

Cons

Salaries not commensurate with other companies in region. Slow to change with bureaucracy placing barriers to making progress in moving to 21st century ways of working

standard pay for industry (offset well by pension scheme) very good benefits very good pension scheme Good site locations for young engineers and graduates Funded Diversity and Inclusion communities.

Cons

Some projects have a toxic work cultures. Some projects have a chronic under resourcing issue. Company culture has some resistance to change. Promotion seems to be a time served attitude
