Lots of opportunities for career development and progression. Company is encouraging of internal moves and courses for personal and professional development. Competitive pay with annual pay review and bonus, Nice site with campus atmosphere. Subsidised canteen and coffee. Good selection of company benefits including the Shares Incentive Programme. Flexible working hours.

Cons

Flexible working means that face to face interactions are reduced, which are important when building relationships.

Great Culture and Flexible Working

Pros

Very flexible attitude to how and where I work - am able to work from home most days and take time to drop off / pick up the kids. This will depend on the type of work being done but I personally haven't had any issues when asking for flexibility. Opportunity to move between projects is handy and the whole company has a welcoming atmosphere and willingness to help new starters get stuck in.

Cons

Pay and benefits could be better, but this is largely offset by the availability of flexible working.
