      MBDA offers an excellent benefits package and development opportunities. The on site facilities are by far the best I have ever seen!

      Pros

      I love the flexible hours and flexible attitude to working. It is a relaxed environment with approachable staff and lots of challenges! As a business we are always looking forward which brings more opportunities internally and job stability.

      Cons

      The demographics is a negative because we are losing lots of good people she to retirements however there is a lot of knowledge to be shared and with new people joining the organisation the culture is shifting and lots of new ideas being generated.

      Pros

      Lots of different areas to work. Plenty of opportunities to take on responsibility and new challenges. Generally well rewarded with good pay and benefits. Good sports and social scene. Possibilities for international work and travel. Good training and development.

      Cons

      Long working hours quickly become the norm at certain grades and rightly or wrongly promotion is more difficult if you're not in the office late. Some dead wood, but definitely on the decline. Responsibility and extra work comes before the pay rise and promotion. Weak leadership and lack of decision making. Too many meetings, never enough progress. Trying to get things done quickly is difficult and can be frustrating to achieve. Inter-site rivalry, even in the UK, never ceases to amaze me.

      International context with lots of different skills and experiences to get in touch with, stability, opportunity to balance life and work.

      Cons

      Unclear career growth path, too many political stuff to be managed, poor attention to improve skills through high level training
