- Good canteen - Easy to get to

- Promoted with no payrise - Salary was not competitive - Management were very poor - Bureaucratic system making it impossible to get things done - Head of department had 150+ direct reports. - So many layers of management - I was forced out my role due to a ‘change in departmental movements’
