Decent benefits overshadowed by outdated culture and practices

Decent benefits, subsidised restaurants and coffee shops

Cons

Very old way of thinking, no vision for real change. Too many employees have had their whole career at MBDA and block change and innovation. Very male orientated, not any where near the level of female leadership to provide a balance. Not enough investment or appetite to bring in modern tolling for management of workflow. Still very PowerPoint, Excel, Word document heavy. Still using Skype and reluctant to change to MSTeams where meetings can be more collaborative.

Good work life balance with holidays and flexi leave. Overtime is available too and can get approved fairly easily.

Cons

Not enough training is on offer for development. Minimal pay rises
