      No clear vision of division strategy, uninspiring and seemingly uninformed senior management at times led to poor morale in division.

      Opportunity to learn a lot Opportunities to advance Employee Charter Profit Sharing Stock Options Benefit Package Flexible on hours of work (huge benefit for family life!)

      Pay Equity- frustrating when educated people paid less than those without. Makes one question if all those years of studying and student loan payments really paid off in the end.
