      Good workers who care, non union, pay

      Need to be in the inner circle or you will be left out, general manager has his favorites and is more worried about what people think about him.

      Opportunity to learn a lot Opportunities to advance Employee Charter Profit Sharing Stock Options Benefit Package Flexible on hours of work (huge benefit for family life!)

      Pay Equity- frustrating when educated people paid less than those without. Makes one question if all those years of studying and student loan payments really paid off in the end.
