      Pros

      The pay was good but the management was terrible. Employees got treated differently based on who was a "favorite" and who wasn't.

      Cons

      Shifts are set, no opportunity to switch to first shift from second shift. No benefits and no time off, often had to work as many as 70 hours per week.

      Pros

      The company has a long track record of being successful. Managment expects top notch performance and they are willing to pay for it. They are not afraid to cut the dead wood.

      Cons

      Management very focused on short term. Also, all divisions of the company are considered independent which causes intercompany competition sometimes to the same customer for the same product which costs the company significant amounts of money.
