If you are good enough and you are aligned with de top down decisions you may get a good salary.

Cons

You will be tied by the business decisions giving you the how instead of the what and why. Furthermore the organization enforced the people to be just implementors not caring about the quality at all.

- in store team - relationships with other stores - training store bonus - in store progression

Cons

- micro manager - unsupportive to long serving staff, need to realise who their loyal staff are - expect too much - unprofessional senior management - senior management make sales assistants feel uncomfortable - if you are liked then you will be fine - nobody is on the same page - HR and payroll make the store managers look like they don’t know what they are doing - uniform - staff discount is only 25% but used to be 40% - no Xmas party allowance or team bonding incentives - internal promotions very low pay compared to external
