I learned all aspects of the store, cashiering, customer service, layaway, recovery, jewelry and dressing room. I would call this a boot camp for retail.

Cons

Very low pay and poor work environment. They cut off the air about 30 minutes before the store closes and we usually have to stay another 1-2 hours in the heat. (itâ??s hot in Houston!)
