      Don't Even Consider This Job!

      Pros

      -Discounts on food, free meals at end of shift. -Flexible hours -Lots of leeway (ie: you can screw up a lot, but as long as you show up, they won't fire you)

      Cons

      -All the food will make you you fat. I gained around 10 pounds in the four months I worked there. -Most of the managers are incompetent. -A lot of double-standards and favoritism. "Favorite" employees can do whatever they want, while all the other have to slave away to make up for those "favorites." -Little opportunity for advancement. -Input not valued. You must do everything their way, and no other way. -Nobody speaks proper English (this might not be the case in other states)

      At the moment I can't think of anything.

      Cons

      It's obvious that the Sr. Management has lost the path in keeping with the basics that Ray Kroc started. The menu is has gotten complex and they want to try and please every segment. There is no focus on the basics.

      Pros

      Learned to work with many different types of people and learned basic job skills such as customer service, cash handling, time management, teamwork and leadership.

      Cons

      During busy times, upper management often became unorganized, teamwork would not function smoothly. Occasionally when employees needed time off (illness or family emergencies), management would not cooperate with the requests.
